About this Course

An introduction to the fundamentals of ballet, including some barre and centre exercises. The class will focus on developing ballet technique and expression. Dance attire including tights, ballet slippers and a leotard are recommended. Long hair should be tied back and placed in a bun. Instructor: Lauren Tang
