About this Course

Program runs from: April 8 - June 10. Loosen and open areas of the body that can experience repetitive strain while caring for an infant. Each class includes pranayama and core strengthening sequences as well as a Baby Yoga Flow that supports Baby’s developing systems. Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket for your baby.
