About this Course

Celebrate the year of the tiger with traditional paper cutting art experience and create your own, unique ‘fortune’ banner. Register to attend a workshop below to learn how to make this special decoration. Pickup special velvet red paper in advance at Queensborough Community Centre or Centennial Community Centre. You can also choose to use your own paper. All you need to supply is sharp scissors and a pen or pencil.
