About this Course

Begin with a Baby Yoga Flow to support baby's developing system. Move into a Parent's Yoga Flow to open areas of the body that often experience repetitive strain while caring for an infant. Each class includes pranayama and core strengthening sequences. Instructor: Doreen Chand.
