About this Course

A joyful class that combines simple, fun choreography with rhythms from around the world. Participants dance barefoot to improve balance, grounding, and freedom of movement. Class ends with deep and rejuvenating stretches that leave you relaxed and revitalized. Instructor: Anya Olenchenko
