About this Course

This introductory program is for girls who are not registered in a Ball Hockey Association and want to try the sport. Learn the basic skills needed for ball hockey including stick handling, passing and shooting. Helmets with a cage are mandatory for the program. Our skate shop has a limited number of these helmets to borrow. Hockey or lacrosse gloves are recommended. Hockey sticks will be available to borrow.
